Juror Spills the Beans: Why she believes Sandy was Innocent!
I
believe the defendant was not guilty. The argument that persuaded me the most
is when the meat delivery, Pat Gonzales, said that he was about twenty feet
away from where Sandy Townsend and Teresa Jameson were talking in the back of
the restaurant, and he didn’t hear any yelling or shouting.
Another
strong argument was that Sandy would clean around her café, like for example,
pick up rocks or sticks that are lying around and throw them in her dumpster.
Another reason that was used that was convincing was that Pat saw a bunch of
teenagers that were supposed to be in school in the alley as he was leaving the
café. After detective Ray Taylor questioned Gene Wade’s son, who is a member of
a gang, he just mysteriously disappeared. These statements made me come to the
conclusion that Sandy did not kill Teresa Jameson.
