Prosecution Beware!

Today, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Attorney Waylon Rozmenoski. He confirmed that he is one of the four attorneys representing the defense for the Mock Trial on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at the Portage County Courthouse.

Waylon stated that the defense has been extremely busy reviewing all of the briefs. They have been putting in endless hours of research. Mr. Rozmenoski himself has been focusing his efforts on watching every Law and Order episode that has ever aired.

In doing so, he has gained valuable expertise that he plans to put to use at Tuesday’s trial. He is prepared to give the opening statement and will be do some of the questioning as well. In his opinion, the defense has a good chance of winning because the evidence is pretty cut and dry. Hold onto your hats--it sounds like this is going to be an exciting trial!
