Jury Foreman's Pre-Trial Interview

The article that you are about to read is a pre-trial interview with Samara, the jury's chosen foreman (and leader!). I asked her three questions about her feelings prior to the trial. Here are the questions and Samaraā€™s answers:

Question 1: Have you ever been on a jury before?

Samara answered, ā€œNo, this is my first time being on a jury.ā€

Question 2: Are you excited for the trial?

Samara answered, ā€œI am nervous and excited. I have no idea what this trial is about. I am looking forward to finally being able to fulfill my right and duties as an American serving the justice system being on this jury.ā€

Question 3: Will you be fair juror?

Samara answered, ā€œYes, I am going to try to base by opinion on if the evidence proves that the defendant is guilty without ANY reasonable doubt.ā€

In conclusion, my opinion of Samaraā€™s short interview is that she will be a fair, honest, and cautious in her decision on the jury of the trial.
