As one of the defense attorneys I believe Chris Archer should be denied all charges, on the account of 1^st degree murder and criminal hazing.  In my view I believed that Milan Jackson was an extremely troubled young lady.  Her death was not the result of Hazing or of Chris Archer at all.  It was her extreme perfectionist personality that got the better of her.  For example, Dr. Richards testified that she lived her life as a people pleaser.  He also testified that she would do anything and more if necessary to become a Phi Gamma!  Another thing that resulted in her death was because of the alcohol content in her body. 

Milan chose to drink, and it was Dr. Richards again who testified about her alcohol blood content.  He stated that her blood alcohol level was .10 and the legal intoxication level is .08.  After testifying about her blood alcohol level he also said this could have impaired her judgment.  The most and last important evidence is that the no one clearly saw Chris push Milan. As you can see her perfectionist personality, her deep desire to become a Phi Gamma, and her choice to drink alcohol killed her.
