In the video clip of the closing arguments I believe the Attorney for the Defendant, Chris Archer, used Deductive Reasoning.  She started out with the broad generalizations of the case including the generalized statement that the Prosecution did not prove their case.  She then went on to state specific facts of the case such as the definition of reasonable doubt and information about the alcohol charts that were stipulated by both parties.  She also reiterated the testimony from Dr. Richards (Milan Jackson’s therapist), and Pat Smith (friend of the deceased).  She restated the testimony from Dean Thomas regarding what an upstanding member of the college community the Defendant, Chris Archer, was and the fact that she was on a committee opposed to hazing.  She then concluded with certainty that the jury should find the defendant not guilty.
